Treatment

After four years in dental school and earning a dental degree, then spending two years in the master's program for orthodontics and earning an orthodontic degree, Dr. Tadej spent an additional two years in specialized training with the Roth Williams Center for Functional Occlusion.

This was the beginning of his standard of integrity and excellence in orthodontic care. Every patient's treatment planning is done with study models mounted on an articulator. An articulator is a tool that a patient's study models are mounted to. It mimics a patient's bite and jaw joint positions. It is the only tool that can diagnose treatment to achieve not only straight teeth, but also a good, healthy, functioning bite and a properly-positioned jaw joint.

Dr. Tadej does all his own X-ray tracings, measurements and mounted study model analysis. Hence, the same orthodontist in charge of diagnosing your proper orthodontic treatment plan will be at each visit and will be managing your treatment as well.

Dr. Tadej and our Registered Dental Assistants perform all of your treatment. There is not a staff orthodontist or lab technician that shares treatment management with Dr. Tadej. You won't even need to go to a different location for X-rays. We take care of them right in our office with the most modern digital machines, which decrease X-ray radiation exposure by 40-70%. In addition, these images are available instantly for analysis and are transferable through electronic communication.

The Office

Our new office is designed with our patients in mind. We are located near "The Marketplace" where many other healthcare professionals' offices are also located.

Our reception area includes a children's play area for youngsters that accompany their older brothers and sisters to their appointments. We also have a video game room, courtesy phone and up-to-date magazines. Our complimentary coffee and beverage bar is a favorite of our patients and their families.

Our open treatment area is an enjoyable area where parents are welcome. Dr. Tadej is available at each visit to answer questions and evaluate and discuss treatment progress.

We keep up with the highest sterilization standards, exceeding those of OSHA.

A Positive Experience

A Message from Dr. Tadej

My child’s orthodontic treatment is so different from when I had braces, what’s changed? Why don’t the teeth really hurt after orthodontic adjustments, did you tighten them enough? The teeth seem to be moving really fast, what’s going on? I used to see the orthodontist every four weeks; my child only needs to come every 8 to 10 weeks, why?
