We know your time is valuable! We are committed to seeing you right at your appointment time each time you are here for a visit.

Most of our patients work or go to school. We do everything we can to see as many patients after school as possible. We reserve our morning hours for longer visits and procedures, which leaves our afternoon hours open for as many of the shorter visits that patients come for most frequently as possible. Even so, part of coming to the orthodontist is that you will probably miss some school or work. We do provide legal school/work excuses each time you are here with us. Since we are committed to seeing you on time for your reserved appointments, you can always count on your visit being completed on time, and getting back to your normal day and activities.

We have a computerized scheduling program, which provides printed confirmation tickets for all of your appointments. The same program allows us to offer printed legal school and work excuse tickets each time you are here, and away from school or work too. 

We offer a “Housecalls” automated appointment confirmation system which calls your house the night before each visit to let you know that we are looking forward to seeing you!

It is very important for all patients to know that each and every appointment, whether short or long, is very important in the overall process of completing your treatment on time.

You will want to keep all reserved appointments, and if you ever need to reschedule a visit, call as soon as you know. Most visits are scheduled 6-10 weeks ahead of time, and the most popular times of the day are usually taken first. The sooner you call the more options we will have available.
